    Absolute idiots. I have cancelled my account since June 19 ! It’s November and they keep billing me for a cooler they scheduled and cancelled for over 6 times !!!! Save your sanity this company is not worth it , not for a second

    Getting a hold of an actual person over the phone has been one of the most difficult and frustrating parts of using your service. Some issues simply can’t be resolved through automated systems — they require speaking with a real person who can listen and assist appropriately. Additionally, your chat support is extremely slow to respond, and the automated replies offer little to no meaningful resolution. Due to these ongoing issues and the lack of adequate customer support, I’ve decided to discontinue my services with your company.

    Rat faeces stick on the bottle inside. The marks is not made by us, it’s draw by either the previous owner or the staff, which mean someone noticed the faece, but ReadyRefresh/ Primo doesn’t clean the bottles. Shames on your little company.

    Besides getting constantly rescheduled multiple times for monthly deliveries, they came out to do maintenance on our cooler-broke it and flooded our kitchen office. It took weeks of calling and fighting to replace. Then that one broke and it took 3 appts to finally get that replaced. Subscriptions should come with complimentary therapy.

    To be fair, I upgrade my stars to 3, they did get me an invoice but too late, and I did cancel my service. It's really sad; they have a very good product, just very poor management. I am still using them at home, and so far so good; for personal use I don't need an invoice. For my business, I went with Culligan with an RO machine much better option and I don't have to keep those bulky 5 gallon machines around. Wasn't that much or then Primo's offer. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has no idea how to treat customers or run a business. They overcharged my credit card, added charges for products I never ordered, and then their driver tacked on a $14.99 “delivery fee” for cups that were never requested. The kicker? He was already at my door delivering water, so it was nothing but a money grab. To make matters worse, they refuse to provide invoices, which means I can’t even process reimbursement through my company. I cancelled my service immediately, and I’d strongly warn anyone else to think twice before signing up. This feels like a scam operation—extra charges, no transparency, and terrible customer support. If you value your money and your sanity, look elsewhere. Plenty of other companies will deliver water without trying to rip you off.
