However, There was also another employee, an African American woman, was extremely rude to me, even though I was not speaking to her. She kept interrupting the conversation, speaking in an unprofessional tone, and even using inappropriate language. I stayed respectful and told her, “Ma’am, I’m just trying to get help and I’m speaking with the person who is already assisting me.” But she continued being disrespectful, What surprised me the most was that everyone else there stayed silent. They all heard her use bad words toward a teenager who was simply trying to ask for help, and none of the adults stepped in or said anything. It made the whole situation very uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience
