    Help this make sense. I walk in with a large package ready to be shipped with label and all. I see a young girl employee (nose piercing) and ask: are you closed? She says she’s going on break and starts writing a paper note. I asked her if she could just take the package since it’s ready to be shipped, states no, which is ok or understand. That’s not my real concern here. More for FedEx. She tells me she’s taking a 30m break but goes ahead and writes: back at 3:15pm. Right now is 1:44pm and I time stamped the image and what she wrote. She doubled down, and said: yeah, you need to be back sometime AFTER 3:15pm if you want that shipped. That’s a 1 hr 30m break your shop will be closed. Thank you but I’ll be heading to another location.

    Horrible customer service. Please don’t use this location as your delivery address. My Zara order went missing. An employee named Jene informed me that she didn’t receive it, but when I called customer service, they informed me that it had been given to the wrong recipient. The second Zara box, which arrived at the same location a day later, was completely damaged. My items had been taken out, tried on, thrown back in, and taped up. When I contacted FedEx customer service, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. If you don’t want your items to go missing and be trashed, don’t use this location.

    Located inside a super Walmart. You have to lug your packages inside, wait for someone to help you. They are not a large store, so they didn't have the size box that we needed. I probably wouldn't go back. The guy helping us was nice and knowledgeable.

    Such a helpful staff. They take initiative in fixing any print mistakes before printing. They are always smiling and genuinely interested.
