- AAAlecoSep 19, 20251.0Help this make sense. I walk in with a large package ready to be shipped with label and all. I see a young girl employee (nose piercing) and ask: are you closed? She says she’s going on break and starts writing a paper note. I asked her if she could just take the package since it’s ready to be shipped, states no, which is ok or understand. That’s not my real concern here. More for FedEx. She tells me she’s taking a 30m break but goes ahead and writes: back at 3:15pm. Right now is 1:44pm and I time stamped the image and what she wrote. She doubled down, and said: yeah, you need to be back sometime AFTER 3:15pm if you want that shipped. That’s a 1 hr 30m break your shop will be closed. Thank you but I’ll be heading to another location.
