Anna was busy with other customers but she kept a watchful eye on me. She could tell that I was struggling. It seemed like nothing was working for me and I became overwhelmed. Did I mention that I was at Fed Ex for over two hours? Anna told me to breathe and that everything is going to be OK and she made sure of it. She walked me through everything and helped me when I lost my focus. I am forever Grateful to Anna. I would also like to thank the manager Peter for allowing me to complete my jobs as well as assisting me with the last part of my documents to get them in! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! ♥

My company operates nearby and I am the office manager, so I have to visit this Fedex very frequently and have yet to encounter a single employee who wasn't happy, kind and ready to help. Sometimes my orders can take up to an hour to complete and they've never once made me feel like an inconvenience and have never not been ready to jump into the order. They are so helpful and kind and such great company when sending large orders! Shout out to this team, especially my girl Anna!!!!
