The staff are untrained and do not collect or do not know what documents are to be sent along with international shipment for which huge money was paid my me to ensure timely delivery. It was critical documents and package, and the lady at FedEx of this outlet promised it will be delivered on a date. 4 days past this date, the entire document is stuck somewhere. They really need training.

Overall, this FedEx location delivers high-quality service, and I will definitely be returning. Five stars!

Anna was busy with other customers but she kept a watchful eye on me. She could tell that I was struggling. It seemed like nothing was working for me and I became overwhelmed. Did I mention that I was at Fed Ex for over two hours? Anna told me to breathe and that everything is going to be OK and she made sure of it. She walked me through everything and helped me when I lost my focus. I am forever Grateful to Anna. I would also like to thank the manager Peter for allowing me to complete my jobs as well as assisting me with the last part of my documents to get them in! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! ♥
