I was directed to a computer and told to start my application and process payment there. Once I entered all my credit card information the website kept timing out and wouldn’t process it. Store manager didn’t know what was going on, and did not offer to help. He told me to call the 1-800 number to follow up. He couldn’t tell me which FedEx’s had passport services available. He then advised me to do it from home. Had I wanted to do it from home I would have in the first place. But the website advertised that the store provided passport services and I was willing to pay for the extra help. Do not go here for passport services. They will not help.

The staff are untrained and do not collect or do not know what documents are to be sent along with international shipment for which huge money was paid my me to ensure timely delivery. It was critical documents and package, and the lady at FedEx of this outlet promised it will be delivered on a date. 4 days past this date, the entire document is stuck somewhere. They really need training.
