I was having some trouble with FedEx tracking number not working after dropping the package and was informed by the store manager very impatiently that it is what it is and there is nothing they can do. I was standing there for 30 min with no support received. I would not recommend this store for anyone waiting to get any type of service.

She told me to wait a minute, then ignored me and started using her phone. I stood there thinking she would help me, but she just kept ignoring me. I called the store and asked for the manager, but they said he wasn’t there. I asked for the number to upper management, and they told me they didn’t have it. I can’t believe people working in customer service can be this rude and unhelpful. I would never give my business to this store again.
