How is that possible if I went inside this location so they could take info, print labels and apply to ship. I also asked why didn't the driver picking up and taking to shipping location didn't verify before taking it. No answer. FedEx has lost all credibility and trust I has in them. They would not even commit to shipping it out ASAP. They said they could not change the ship method even though this is 100% their fault. I have no idea when and if it will even get shipped.
