If you bring in a box and a label, you have to buy your own tape. They will not tape the label for you or give you a piece of tape, because that’s the rules he said. Showed off his 5 star plaque that he probably bought off TEMU. Dumbest rule ever. Nor friendly at all, worst post office of every year. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Overall this is a good post office, but I just wish the they would replace the American flag out front as it's literally falling to pieces. I know multiple veterans in this area who are saddened by the sight of this.

I just got an attempted delivery notification! No notice was left and I have cameras to prove that no one even came down my street! In fact, I was outside at the time of the “attempted delivery”.. So I went to check my mailbox (in this neighborhood, like many Houston area neighborhoods, it’s a community mailbox. Guess what was in there! An orange slip saying “sorry we missed you while you were out”. In the past, these come to your door - you know, after the carrier actually attempts to deliver! You can’t “attempt” a signed delivery at a community mailbox. That’s pure laziness and refusal to properly do your job! I’m guessing the post office will attempt to make me come pick it up - but no, I suggest you make your carriers actually do their job!
