  Worst Staples ever. They see they have a huge line of people waiting for the Amazon returns and they only have one person there. Yet other employees were just taping boxes up and putting things around.

  Manager don’t even know what she has on her store ask stretch wrap and she inform the that they didnt have any ask she has in the back she stdd no , so I check and online and it was showing they had it there so I place order online and I got my item , and she was the one that gave me the order how embarrassing been a manager and don’t know what u have 👎🏼👎🏼

  There was only 1 cashier manning both the register and the Amazon return section. This single cashier was going back and forth between the two sections. I waited in the long line for over 10 minutes to purchase items, and a few customers left in front of me. Once I got near the front to the Amazon return section, the cashier said I could get in line at the register and someone else would come out. Then a customer that came in before me was helped at the register by a young man that suddenly showed up from the back. This was a poorly managed situation. Why couldn't any of the employees communicate with each other or with the people in the line?

  I ordered a custom gift wrap that said it was going to be ready on the 9th for next day pick up I understand there are some delays due to high traffic but I specifically told a store that I would wait for the machine to get fixed so it can be done at the store when I called back the store yesterday to check on the status of my order they told me that they had shipped the order back out to production and that they don't know how long it'll take for it to come back to the store. I'm going out of state in a few days and I'd love to know if I'd have this wrapping paper done by then..

  They never answer phone, drove from north Weslaco because they never answered phone. I show up and asked an employee for certain product and he said it was in stock but could not find it.
