This morning, I went to the post office to apply for my identity. Although it was not successful, I am very grateful to all the staff for their enthusiastic and thoughtful help, especially a young man at a small window who helped me for half a day. I am very grateful to them for their assistance

I’m currently standing in line waiting for mail services and to have my mailbox rekeyed. After observing three customers in a row—following my own interaction—it’s clear the employee at the counter is consistently degrading, rude, and impatient. Her tone is condescending, and she speaks down to customers, particularly those who don’t speak fluent English, as if they are uneducated.
Comments like, “Did you read the instructions?” and “I told you the instructions—you can try again and maybe look at them this time,” “what does it say, your name. “You write what? Your name, right” were delivered with clear disrespect. This is not acceptable in any customer-facing role. If patience and professionalism aren’t part of the job standard, this role isn’t the right fit.
The experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value basic respect and customer service.
