I only give 2 stars and not less because the service at the post office has always been great. However, whoever the delivery currier is to the Steeds Crossing mailboxes is, that employee(s) have been evidently putting my mail in another neighbors box and claiming it was delivered. When they do that, I don't get my valuable item I get off of eBay (several times) and I can't make a claim because the seller says it shows "delivered to mailbox" for my address. Either the(se) curriers can't read right (the main part of their job) or they're thieves. This country is really going down hill with its quality of workers and work ethics.

On the door ( quick service door ) , but on real 1 employee and takes for ever with each one , so if you have a package to pick up you need around 1 hour if not busy

3 Days my package delayed and I had planned my off days to their estimated delivery time. Package is important and I need to get it by hand. They always updating estimated time. I am still waiting. Horrible experience. Beside that I had to gone to the post office to obtain my mail due to wrong address issue. I encountered with two person only and their accent were horrible and they were talking to fast. Since I am new resident in U.S., there was a communication problem occured for me obviously. There has to be a clean communicator for such roles, needs to be talking slow and piece by piece and needs to be more explanatory people. We are living in United States, there are lots of amount of people with variety of backgrounds. Your approach for this reason needs to be more clean, flawless. Overall not satisfied.

I haven’t shipped a package in well over a decade, but Kiara was super kind and helpful even after I made the mistake of accidentally swapping shipping labels on two packages. She didn’t make a big deal about it and that was very much appreciated. The line was out the door, but moved pretty quickly since 4 staff members were running the counter…I will definitely go to this location again to mail out any future packages. All of the staff there were very friendly!
