Only one person helping at lunch time and to make matters worse she spent 10-15 mins with a couple that were trying to get a document notarized. I felt so uncomfortable watching because she kept saying she shouldn't notarize it without the original passport but if they had a photo or email she could let it fly. Im pretty sure that's not the way notaries are supposed to work. It was so sketchy. She ended up notarizing the document without the original. Instead of asking the couple to wait or get the original she just decided to ignore the 6 customers waiting to make returns. I ended up leaving because the line didn't move at all.
