- JCJp CruzJan 3, 20261.0I went in this morning to return and ship an item I purchased online. I rarely do shipping so I’m not familiar with the process. The associate who is on duty earlier today clearly is not happy working there and I could tell he hates his job. I’m not only speaking for myself but also for the other customers who were there as well. He doesn’t welcome us with a smile or greeting but instead he gives us this strong negative vibe ( that he hates that you are there) he would then give this deep breaths every time he needed to do something for the customers. As working in a customer service department, He has no patience at all. I almost yelled at him for being ugly to me and the rest of the customers but I don’t want to ruin my new year. I hope the owner or corporate people of ups would address this issue. I wasn’t able to get his name but I got his Employee no.362421 from the receipt. He’s a short hispanic guy. He was working today 1/3/26 around 10:30-11:00am.
- JKJerron K.Dec 28, 20255.0The manager Baldemar has always helped me here whenever I come in. He goes above and beyond more than other UPS employees at other stores. Always in a good mood even when customers are berating him etc. yall got a good leader in that store.

- NENikki EmbryDec 27, 20251.0I’ve been to this location many times and every single time I’ve gotten terrible service. The employees here are so rude and act like anything you request is just absolutely ruining their day. Once we came to get something notarized and they snapped at us that their notary left early for the day and so we couldn’t. I mean what is going on here that makes your employees so incredibly miserable? I ended up walking out because I got tired of the guy behind the counter rolling his eyes and sighing loudly. My husband saw the same guy earlier that day and said the guy snapped at him to hand over his package. I was excited when this location first opened up because it was so close to my house but now I’m going to start going back to the UPS store that was further away because the people there are so much nicer. P.S - so funny how right after I post this review about 3 new positive reviews from people with very few or no review history appear suddenly to bump mine down. Just a clear indication of what kind of business this is.

I will be back at this UPD store because of Baldemar; thanks for listening to me and taking extra time to make sure it was packed extremely well!
