Twice I've had brand new credit cards end up with my information stolen, yet the cards hadn't even been used yet. I can't even count how many times I've had credit card mail arrive with distinctive slits at the bottom of the envelope or the letter itself being completely opened, although the other mail that arrived with it is free from any damage. It's not adding up and the people there have got to know that there are people stealing information.
