I have received nothing but great service at this post office. Guess I'm lucky, but not one person has been rude to me. Lorenzo especially has been super nice and always pleasant.

I’ve lived in Pearland for over eight years and have watched this post office steadily decline. Today’s visit confirmed it—customer service was poor, staff was unfriendly, and the overall interaction felt cold. I’d rather drive to the South Fork location near Costco. It’s smaller but far more welcoming. This location needs better management and improved customer service.

Typical crappy experience at yet another USPS. Mischelle had the worst attitude. Zero customer service. Horrible all around. I'll try to stick with FedEx or UPS from here on out. Couldn't even get a receipt for my drop off????

This facility has a credit card information stealing operation going on! Twice I've had brand new credit cards end up with my information stolen, yet the cards hadn't even been used yet. I can't even count how many times I've had credit card mail arrive with distinctive slits at the bottom of the envelope or the letter itself being completely opened, although the other mail that arrived with it is free from any damage. It's not adding up and the people there have got to know that there are people stealing information.
