Not the first time they screwed up either. The drivers don’t get in trouble enough. If they punished them, it wouldn’t keep happening. I have lost faith in the USPS. I will avoid using it when I can.

Even when you contact their customer support about this, they do nothing. They apologize but do not fix the issue or retrieve the missing package. I was told that my mail carrier would move the package to the correct mail box. After 3 days of nothing, I went door to door asking my neighbors to check their mail and finally retrieved the package. It was delivered to a house 2 streets over from mine. This isn't even the first time that this has happened either. It is a repeated offense. I think that the mail carrier has a 6th sense for losing my expensive wares. 😐

Do your job ! What’s your purpose if you're lazy. Asian older lady she acts as if she doesn’t understand English but just is rude and lazy.
