- EDEvelyn DehartDec 27, 20251.0Genuinely what is wrong with this post office? I have had multiple instances where they have delivered expensive packages and gifts to the wrong address. Even when you contact their customer support about this, they do nothing. They apologize but do not fix the issue or retrieve the missing package. I was told that my mail carrier would move the package to the correct mail box. After 3 days of nothing, I went door to door asking my neighbors to check their mail and finally retrieved the package. It was delivered to a house 2 streets over from mine. This isn't even the first time that this has happened either. It is a repeated offense. I think that the mail carrier has a 6th sense for losing my expensive wares. 😐

Do your job ! What’s your purpose if you're lazy. Asian older lady she acts as if she doesn’t understand English but just is rude and lazy.

Meaning you present a QR code, and they print a label for you and provide a bag for free. (All listed on USPS website). The woman at the front tried to tell me “these stores tell you to come without a bag but you need a bag, they expect us to just do everything”. I have no problem printing and providing my own bag, but when I choose the option to print and bag there via the USPS associate I should be able to do so. It’s an option for a reason and listed on the USPS website!! I had to leave and go to another location and it was no issue.
