Do better. My most recent package was marked as delivered. Yet the tracking put it in an COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOOD!!! It was not at my mailbox at all. Not the first time they screwed up either. The drivers don’t get in trouble enough. If they punished them, it wouldn’t keep happening. I have lost faith in the USPS. I will avoid using it when I can.

Genuinely what is wrong with this post office? I have had multiple instances where they have delivered expensive packages and gifts to the wrong address. Even when you contact their customer support about this, they do nothing. They apologize but do not fix the issue or retrieve the missing package. I was told that my mail carrier would move the package to the correct mail box. After 3 days of nothing, I went door to door asking my neighbors to check their mail and finally retrieved the package. It was delivered to a house 2 streets over from mine. This isn't even the first time that this has happened either. It is a repeated offense. I think that the mail carrier has a 6th sense for losing my expensive wares. 😐

Herman 👎 he says that my name doesn't match with my id... I was here like 30 minutes because he couldn't read a paper that said I was the pickup representative

Lazy front desk worker. Lady didn’t want to print out labels so she insisted on me adding 3 stickers on all my letters so it could be “less work” for her. Do your job ! What’s your purpose if you're lazy. Asian older lady she acts as if she doesn’t understand English but just is rude and lazy.
