When I get back in the car I noticed an employee leisurely strolling up to open the store with no sense of urgency. No respect for other people and their time. Poor management.

However, when it was my turn, he did not speak, acknowledge me, or engage at all — even after I said “good morning.” The lack of professionalism and courtesy felt uncomfortable and out of place, especially given how he interacted with the previous customer. I hope management can address this so that every customer is treated with equal respect and friendliness.
