  The rudest young people in the universe work here ... and they brag about how ride they are and laugh about it to each other... in front of customers. I have been a customer since the store opened... I remember the owners cousin who was in trade school, but had amazing customer service ... from many years back. The management does nothing about how outwardly ride the staff is. This place won't last much linger ... They just lost one... too many other options to choose from to keep being mistreated.

  Since this store opened, I have witnessed nothing but kindness from all the staff and the owner as well. My two main guys Korey & Joshua keep the new staff well-trained & in line— as much as possible. I shop online a LOT, and have MANY orders. I feel I am Queen Customer, and VIP box renter when I’m greeted by my surname Every time I enter, and many days they have my package at the counter for me, when they see me drive up! Like any business, some customer expectations will not be met. However, I’ve seen a lot more Rude Customers than anything remotely rude from UPS #4358 staff!

  Best UPS store in town. I actually go out of my way to come here whenever I need to make a return, get something notarized, or have documents printed. These kids here really know what they’re doing. It’s usually busy, but they move the line quickly with efficient service. They often help multiple customers at once without compromising quality, which really cuts down on wait times. Everyone has a great attitude and demeanor. It’s especially impressive considering how young the team is. I also love the self-service options for when it gets extra busy. Hate the parking lot but I’d still come here over the other locations in town.

  Horrible service!!!! Dropped off 4 outfits that cost me nearly 1000.00 and the guy threw them in a box along with other peoples things. So, how is he going to know what goes with what at the end of the day. When I asked about it going in a box he told me yeah we do that later. I also paid a huge amount for shipping. I used the UPS in Webster last time and literally had school clothes, supplies, and toys that weighed 30 pounds and paid less than charged today for the same delivery rate. I am willing to be late to work just to get my stuff back because I do not believe it will get where it is supposed to go. Obviously with this many horrible reviews the owner/manager should do something other than say oops sorry. If I would have read the reviews first, I would have never gone there. Will definitely use UPS Webster or even FedEx this place is horrible and rips people off!!!! I should have not been charged that much. Update so, I called on Monday to ask why there was not a tracking number and was spoken to like a 4 year old, hung up on twice, was told I obviously did not know that it was Monday, I even said I heard you say that and his response was well you don’t, was told package was on truck and then told it wasn’t. I was told not to scream at him which my response was I am not screaming and that just because I bought insurance on the package I sent didn’t mean they would honor it if something happened. So, what is the point of insurance then???? Needless to say called the Webster UPS store and the lady helped me and even told me to call this morning so she could check everything out for me. Once again customer service is no longer an option and I understand that but decency should still be around!!!! Use the Webster store only a few more miles and they do actually have customer service!!
