  These 5 stars are for Fabian. Fabian has been working here about as long as I have had my box, and I got my box back in 2021. He's the ONLY employee currently working there that has never ever made any type of mistake with me or my mail. The staff that is currently there, not including Fabian, have all messed up. They've either given my packages to someone else, (and then try to get me to fix all that myself like I caused it), given me other people's stuff, or not given me all my packages. To prove the latter, I once went in there to pick up 2 packages, both having a sticker that I turned in to some other employee. Idk why, but the young lady gave me only 1 package and said that was all. I walked away, tracked my other package on the Amazon app, and came straight to Fabian and showed him the tracking info and he immediately corrected it all by giving me my other package. I have told him all this stuff I just typed out in this entire review before. Fabian is the best person here. They ought to give him a raise and a promotion.

  I go to this location very often and have never had any complaints. Staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly.

  Very convenient and fast. Best place to drop off your Amazon returns. It is open on Sundays!!!

  I went in and was first in line waiting on an employee to help me. While I was standing back this lady from the post office comes up to an open area and lays down a bunch of packages. When the worker comes to the receiving area, I step up and hand him my package, which is a Amazon return and will take all of 15 seconds to do. He sets down my package and takes about 5 minutes to take care of the post office person. I was in line first and my 15 seconds would take that amount of time, 15 seconds to take care of my business. It's a load of crap to allow someone to cut in line, no matter if they're post office employees or not. This wasn't an accident or misunderstanding, but was done with intent. This was done on 2/24/26 at about 3:15 pm and the ups station was the first on the left as you walk in.

  It's always an amazing experience at this store. They always have an answer for questions. You might have they are able to do things. Technical, technically speaking with printing documents or within the navigating through phone apps and whatnot and they are always friendly and helpful
