I would first like to say something about the last newest post. I HATE! when people want to bring race into something. This RAG person is lying about their experience. I am all for people having their opinions, but don't leave out the whole story. Firstly, Cori did NOT ignore you like you stated. When you walked in Cori said, she would get to you as soon as she could. When you walked in she was already helping a young hispanic lady with some prints and the "woman of color" as you said was also waiting patiently in line to be helped. Once Cori was done helping the young hispanic lady she asked the "woman of color" customer if she was ready and she said YES. (The customer was in line right after the young hispanic lady and cori also did not notice that the customer was writing something as you stated.) So Cori waited for her. Cori can’t rush the customer because that would be "horrible customer service" right? So she waited for the customer to be done doing whatever she was doing. Again the customer told Cori "SHE WAS READY" Once Cori started helping the customer. You interrupted the process and told Cori that all you had was QR codes and that she can quickly scan them, but before Cori could reply back to you the "woman of color" customer jumped in and down your throat. NOT! Cori. The "woman of color" customer told you that you were not going to cut in line of her and that Cori was not going to allow you to do that. She was the one that told you that you felt entitled to be helped before her and you were going to wait patiently just like she did when Cori was assisting the young hispanic lady. Before Cori could step in and say anything the "woman of color” customer started speaking to you yet again. But I will say this, once Cori was done helping the "woman of color" customer. She rushed right over and politely assisted you with your returns like she promised. So I don't know where this horrible customer service is coming from. Don't be mad at the employee for doing her job because another customer pissed you off. Like I stated before, this was not a race thing like RAG is trying to imply because both ladies are black. I think RAG was just pissed because Cori didn't help them fast enough. Secondly I think it's poor parenting to leave a newborn unattended even if you're running in and out of an establishment "Real Quick". You never know when businesses get busy or when an employee get held up helping another customer

Cori ignored to assist me who was completely ready to check out to let another lady who was a woman of color to write a letter while in line. She was not READY!! So I had to wait forever while I have a newborn baby waiting for me to get back to her. Thanks Cori for the horrible customer service.

Had to scan a few docs and email them. Staff was nice but tried to spread herself too thin so I had to start and stop a few times, taking longer than necessary. Quality was good and price was reasonable.

Thank you all so much for taking me seriously when I came in with my eBay shipment on Monday. The buyer was thoroughly appreciative of the care put into the packing. This being a new venture for me, this review is vital to the future of my online store. Now I know where to go for my future fragile item packaging. 😍
