Don't care about service, Don't go online to have a certified letter redelivered. They won't redeliver on the day you select. Then next day they leave a note to pick up at post office again. Waste of your time.

Miranda is such a sweet lady and great worker! Very patient and helped me with my po box, retrieving my mail for me in the back that she didnt have to, since it technically could've been sent back due to my payment being a lil late. She understands we're all human sometimes and her empathy was such a refreshing trait to see, as its becoming such a rarity in employees these days! Thank you paris post office for hiring her, shes a great asset to your team ❤️

Mail service—now with plot twists!" So apparently, the mailman on my route has decided he no longer wants to deliver packages to my house. Why? Because of my pets. Yes—my dogs, who’ve never touched him. Meanwhile, he’s totally fine delivering to my neighbor’s yard, where the dogs have actually bitten him. Make it make sense. I eventually got a PO Box just to secure my mail, since it was randomly not being delivered anyway. That seemed smarter than continuing to play “Did It Get Lost or Just Ignored?” every week. Also fun: back in 2020, he decided to sign for certified letters in my name. Didn’t ask, didn’t tell. Those letters ended up being from scammers, and yep—I got sued. Because apparently federal employee impersonating me was chaotic enough. And let’s not forget his personal tradition of leaving my functioning, closable mailbox wide open during rainstorms. There’s nothing quite like mail soup, or the thrilling possibility that someone will just pull up and take whatever’s inside. Oh—and neighborhood pets? He's hit and killed a few of those too. So maybe the problem isn’t my dogs. Maybe the problem is your mailman is a certified... whatever you want to call him.

I was hit by a USPS mail carrier and the supervisor told me I would be contacted. Weeks later I was given a number to call that doesn't exist. Now a month later with no info I have filed a claim with my own insurance, and have spent $1200 for a rental so far. The misinformation I was given will end up costing me literally $1000's.
