I never seem to get my packages. All they have to do is read the number on box and put over my fence but somehow package gets put somewhere else in someone else’s box????

If I could put negative stars on here I would. Dealing with the post office in paradise tx is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My paychecks come in the mail and sometimes it takes 2 weeks to get them. They are only traveling about 60 miles. Sometimes when I get my bills they are already past due. To allllll the people who work there, maybe try your hand at another job because delivering the mail clearly isn’t your cup of tea.

Horrible. They don't answer the phone and if you have registered mail that needs to be signed for they wont deliver it, instead they just leave the slip for you to go the NEXT DAY to pick it up at the office even if you are at home and able to receive it. Horrible and lazy operation they are running here in Paradise.
