if i could do 0 stars, i would. i'm usually a very "give people the benefit of the doubt", but never in my life have i dealt with such terrible customer service. we went to go get help verifying my ID. the lady was extremely rude from the get go. she asked so many questions that didn't concern the matter, and when we answered the questions, she was snarky and acted like she was suspicious of us for some reason. she made unnecessary comments (she asked how old i was, and when i said my age, she snottily said "she looks younger." like okay?). just made the stressful process even more stressful. we went to get help, not criticisized by some random worker.

Just stopped there to buy some stamps and post letters, staff was nice and competent. I had to wait a little bit, but it could happen anywhere.

There are a few nice people here; however, Postmaster Diana Garza and letter carriers Chris Ziegler and Hayden (pictured) are the worst at being professional! Diana speaks to me in a “condescending” tone and repeatedly talks “over” me. Because I contacted the District Manager regarding Diana’s behavior, I have been told that my mail delivery will cease because of a stipulation “vacant for 90 consecutive days.” So mail that Hayden delivered to my 2nd residence yesterday, he returned today to retrieve that mail and STILL refuses to close the top of my mailbox! Who cares if my mail is picked up regularly by someone I trust??? Talk about pathetic individuals - “misery LOVES company!” I think Hector, who is very nice and professional, should be promoted to Postmaster ASAP!

The older guy at the window is always rude. I'm sure most people in Pampa know exactly who i am talking about. Just an example. My mom passed away and I changed the PO Box into my name and he was very rude during the process. After a few months i got a notice in the PO Box that i needed to renew it and it was in my mothers name. I came in and it was Mr Scrooge again. he got frustrated with me and told me that I didn't have a PO Box at all and someone didn't process the paper work right. HE WAS THE ONE WHO DID THE PAPER WORK
