- ZBzaylin buchananNov 14, 20251.0if i could do 0 stars, i would. i'm usually a very "give people the benefit of the doubt", but never in my life have i dealt with such terrible customer service. we went to go get help verifying my ID. the lady was extremely rude from the get go. she asked so many questions that didn't concern the matter, and when we answered the questions, she was snarky and acted like she was suspicious of us for some reason. she made unnecessary comments (she asked how old i was, and when i said my age, she snottily said "she looks younger." like okay?). just made the stressful process even more stressful. we went to get help, not criticisized by some random worker.
