Refused to pick up a package from a porch on a private road yet the same package was delivered to the same address and it was placed on the porch. I set up a package pickup on the USPS website and it allowed me to schedule a pickup from the porch. Sorry excuse for a postal service. Never again.

Someone needs to teach the carriers that odd numbers are on one side of the road and evens are on the other. Just because a mailbox is on the right side, it doesn't mean my gate is on that same side. As a result, they deliver to my neighbors' cattle guard or trash bin top across the street from me. They might as well put up a sign telling the pirates to steal them. I have a large bin, by my gate, for parcels to protect them from the weather and pirates. UPS has no trouble fining it.

Nobody answers or calls you back when trying to reach out about your mail and packages being delayed

My phone case broke on Friday. I ordered a case on Amazon with 2 day delivery. My item arrived in Palestine and said it was out for delivery on Sunday. I waited patiently for delivery all day. In the afternoon, I received a message from Amazon stating that a delivery attempt had been made. This is a bald faced lie. The number on my house was an exact match to the package. As Monday is Columbus day I will not be able to retrieve my package until Tuesday. So: I paid extra for 2 day shipping and had to spend another $26 for a phone case at Walmart to hold my phone safely until Tuesday. This is not the first time something like this has happened. The postal office really needs to step up their service for those of us on the rural routes.
