- DRD RayDec 2, 20251.0Someone needs to teach the carriers that odd numbers are on one side of the road and evens are on the other. Just because a mailbox is on the right side, it doesn't mean my gate is on that same side. As a result, they deliver to my neighbors' cattle guard or trash bin top across the street from me. They might as well put up a sign telling the pirates to steal them. I have a large bin, by my gate, for parcels to protect them from the weather and pirates. UPS has no trouble fining it.

- SSScottJul 10, 20201.0Once again, palestine post office has failed me. I ordered something from Amazon with guaranteed next day delivery. They brought me a phone bill, but not my order. I followed tracking all day. First it said out for delivery at 749am. At 554pm it shows delivery attempted, now it shows available for pickup at post office which is now closed for the weekend. This is not the first time our carrier has done this. I was home all day waiting for the item. If he had tried to deliver it, i would have it in my hand. Do your job, or retire and let someone else do it that will actually try.

I waited patiently for delivery all day. In the afternoon, I received a message from Amazon stating that a delivery attempt had been made. This is a bald faced lie. The number on my house was an exact match to the package. As Monday is Columbus day I will not be able to retrieve my package until Tuesday. So: I paid extra for 2 day shipping and had to spend another $26 for a phone case at Walmart to hold my phone safely until Tuesday. This is not the first time something like this has happened. The postal office really needs to step up their service for those of us on the rural routes.
