I hope her boss sees this and Gives her the proper training. I am obviously not the only one complaining about her. Someone in her position needs to be empathetic and have great customer service. She is completely rude and cut me off half way through a question about a package that was available to pick up there and she didn’t want to hand it over. I searched for the tracking location and it was still there. She is very degrading to customers and shouldn’t be in a customer service job if she’s not qualified.
