Pepper is always so helpful & and friendly, but none of the others are. The black man working behind the counter is the absolute worst - NO personality, very rude & you cannot understand anything he says. I dread having to go inside because of the staff.

Pepper gets 5-stars, Emily gets a negative 5. If you hate your job so much then find another career. Pepper was most helpful and you could hear the smile in her voice. Each time I've spoke with Emily, she's short toned, rude, and doesn't want to offer any customer service.

There is one person, the young girl, that is helpful and friendly. The other lady is rude, unhelpful, and charges extra on the flat rate boxes every time. I hate going in there because I never know if she's in there.
