They refuse to deliver at the address at my property. Kiera was super rude and unfriendly. Definitely not a good experience as a new resident of ore city.

So Shane McWilliams went with his id to retrieve his packages and she takes his id,walks out of sight for just a few seconds and tells him there are no packages with his name on them. We knew there were because of the emails and tracking his packages. They are there so I'm wondering why she was so rude and then just outright lied about his packages. Very unprofessional and just rude!
