I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could, my house is EXTREMELY easy to find, directly off the highway with a large mailbox and very clear numbers on the side, we have a large circle driveway that is never blocked as we park in the back, but yet the delivery person ‘cannot complete delivery due to blocked driveway’, ‘business is closed’ (it’s a house not a business, and I’m always home with a ring camera, no delivery was ever attempted) or the newest one ‘cannot locate address’ but they have no problem constantly putting our surrounding neighbors mail in my mailbox/ leaving their packages at my doorstep. I’m especially p!ssed now because I am due to have my baby in less than a month, and ordered all of the essentials I will need due to being borderline bed bound due to a few issues. Now I’m not even sure I’ll get anything I HAVE TO HAVE. My husband doesn’t get home in time to run to the post office to track down the packages himself, which would also defeat the purpose of me paying for DELIVERY. Worst post office and employees I’ve ever encountered in my life. Can’t get anyone on the phone either as stated by literally everyone else.

Funny they can deliver one package but can't deliver the other one maker it as hold due to customer request because they are to lazy to put packages on the porch and stuff the mailbox full with one package. Haft the time our parents delivered to the wrong address when confronted aborted it they say oh its their dyslexia. I have dyslexia now don't use that as an excuse to get out of doing my job, right

Worst postal service i have ever dealt with. Didn't recieve any of my mail for a week, including packages that were reported as delivered. Tried for multiple days in a row to contact post office, calling 10-20 times a day, with no answer. Put in a report and got a case number and still have no answers after 3 months. This place is ridiculous and does not know anything about customer care/service
