- JHJay HackettDec 20, 20251.0Paid for 2 letters, certified and return reciept. BOTH of them were lost after they were scanned for departure. No one has a client what happened and no reimbursement was provided for lost mail, money I paid for the care of these important documents, and for the contents that were in it. Now im out $800 and got to start my titling process all over again, in hopes that I can still recieve titles after this HUGE setback.
