- TPTanya ParraFeb 3, 20261.0“LOURDES” was the terrible USPS employee I sadly had to encounter today. If I could give 0 stars I would. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday . I happened to get out early and showed up to the post office at 4:56. The door was locked with 2 customers inside. All I needed was to purchase stamps. I tap on the door to catch the workers attention showing her my phone with the time now reading 4:57. She comes out through a side door rudely saying we are closed. I told her it wasn’t 5 yet , she explained why, which I couldn’t understand fully cause she had a thick accent. When I asked for a managers number, she rudely answered “1-800 number!” I asked for her name, I didn’t hear the first time , when I asked “what was that again ?” She yelled “Lourdes!!” And slammed the door. Horrible horrible horrible service. If you’re miserable with your job or life go elsewhere where we don’t have to deal with your misery.

Went in for my passport appointment I understand online it says $35 for the application I didn’t have it filled. thank god I got there early for no reason bc she gave me the application and told me I had 7 mins Rudely , then told me theirs pens everywhere grab one didn’t explain to me the application spent a min looking for a pen after THEY gave me one. I scrambled to fill it failed I had to rebook my appointment. People that don’t have patience with people shouldn’t be attending them I had to rebook my appointment bc I was already crying for my photo. She had no reason to give so much attitude.
