- ENEdward NewmanAug 6, 20241.0My zip code is 76561, I spoke with the Post Master in McGregor, Texas 76657. I informed her that I did not appreciate the Rural carrier assigned to deliver my mail writing on my mail boxes and that I felt he should replace them with mail boxes of like kind, especially since my mail boxes which I purchased were plainly marked with large gold letters. All she did was make excuses about what may be difficult for him to see. I informed her that since I had to pay for the box and he placed ugly white writing on my personal property he should replace them. She informed that ugly whittling did not constitite damage and She would not require him to replace them. I informed her that I would contact the Office of the Inspector General if necessary and she stated, "You go right ahead see where it gets you." I am letting you know if my mail boxes are not replaced with like kind then I will follow rhe State Departments recommendation to not only contact the Office of the inspector General but I will file criminal charges for destruction of private property.
