  SATURDAY HOURS STATE THEY OPEN AT 9AM. WENT AT 9 AND WAITING FOR 40 MINUTES. - NEVER OPENED. GATE WAS PULLED, AND DOOR WAS LOCKED. MISLEADING AND INCONVENIENT.

  This store honestly deserves zero stars. They lost a package of mine back in January, and since then I’ve been getting the runaround from both the staff and management. The package was a return worth $189, so this isn’t a small issue. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication and concern. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they’ve left me completely in the dark with no real answers or updates. As a customer, you would expect at least some level of accountability or empathy, but unfortunately I haven’t experienced that here. I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and would caution others to be aware when dealing with this location.

  Sent a gold chain that was $1400 to get fixed and the package was received but with out the chain

  Didn't open at 09:00 a.m. as stated on there site. Stayed til 09:18 a.m. and noone showed up still.
