- GBGarrett Bell5 days ago1.0Dropped off a package in the drop box inside the lobby. It was never scanned in and never delivered. Unable to file an insurance claim because USPS has no record of it.

RIDICULOUS! Then, you go to the customer service area and an older blonde lady is rude. She sends you back to the end of the line for tiny things that she should be helping the customer with.
