Mail carriers out of this post office that serve Hemingway apartments are absolutely failures at doing there job and putting the mail in the right boxes. I talk to white lady today March 2nd at 215pm, She was rude and making excuses for them. Get better at this!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. One of the employees (blonde one) is nice to some people to a point where she spends too much time talking to men for too long when there is a line of 5 people behind. Today she hit the bottom when I was trying to retrieve a package that wasn’t deliver because their mailman apparently wasn’t in the mood to leave the truck and get it to our front door. She requested me to show my green card and then looked at it and was like “first name doesn’t match”. Like excuse me I had another means of authenticating my identity on me. She was also very rude to other people casually chatting in line quietly and will be reported to USPS corporate. Good luck Karen.

Wow, what an experience I must say... firstly, the white woman with blonde hair and a speech impediment, was absolutely just so rude. She looked mean and she absolutely was. She seemed to hate her job and anyone she interacted with was a nuisance. I will never understand why you take a job where you encounter customers when you hate speaking to customers. I needed help with a label, I tried showing her on my phone the address I needed for the label, she was having NONE OF IT. Cut me off and didnt let me explain or listen to anything I had to say! Told me to do it online, I had already tried this so I told her that and asked her how when I dont have an account (which is needed online) she was short with me, clearly frustrated with her job by the time she got to me and treated me as such! People like her need to find jobs in warehouses packing things far away from customers. I will never return here, the other post office is on the other side of town but I will make the trip just because customer service is friendly there always.
