When I check my mailbox, all I get is a brown paper saying unable to deliver with no boxes checked foe the reason why they failed to deliver. I have also just received a notification today (6 Dec) that my package was delivered to my front door, but no answer, so the package was then not delivered. I have been home all morning. No door knocked on or bell rang. I checked my security cameras and no one had shown up at the time stated in the failed delivery notification. They are failing to do their jobs!!!

They keep saying my packages are oversized/ mailbox too full when in reality there's nothing in it. Plus there's the big mailbox where they can deliver and leave the key in mine. Or even better deliver it to my front door. I've had to go to different post offices from the notice left because when ive gone to collect they tell me my packages are not there to go elsewhere and send me on my way.
