Writing my review because this is like the 5th time they do this to me.
They keep saying my packages are oversized/ mailbox too full when in reality there's nothing in it. Plus there's the big mailbox where they can deliver and leave the key in mine. Or even better deliver it to my front door.
I've had to go to different post offices from the notice left because when ive gone to collect they tell me my packages are not there to go elsewhere and send me on my way.

Don’t even bother calling. You will just be disconnected.
Even the 800# is garbage getting out of the automated system is a pain and then the associates are not helpful and they are rude. 👎
Whenever the items I order go thru the usps i cringe. Please put it in the parcel mailbox and then not give me the key that is so helpful! My god he could have just yeeted it over the damn fence at least then I’d have my shit.
