  I have always been pleased with this store. However about 2 weeks ago I took in a legal form to have notarized and shipped overnight. The form was confusing about where to apply the notary seal, and the notary and I discussed this and agreed on a space to apply the seal. We were wrong and I had to get it notarized again. When I went back to the UPS store the original notary asked another notary where he would apply the seal. He had the right answer. They did not charge for the notary, but did charge for the shipping fee of $73. I challenged whether I should have to pay this fee as the mistake was made by professional employee who should have known the correct place to apply the seal. I left a message asking the owner to call me. Two weeks, no call. Be cautious using this store. If they make mistakes because of lack of professional knowledge on their part, you will pay!!

  It’s ridiculous that they charge $3 for simply tapping the label on the box. And to top it off, the attitude of the girl who told me it was just not a pleasant experience was appalling. I’ve never had a bad experience at any UPS store. till now and When I asked if it was a store rule or a manager’s rule, her response was that since they’re franchise stores, they pretty much have different rules.

  Gotta love that I pay this place so that I can receive my packages securely instead of them being stolen at the RV park but then to find out that they're going to charge me $10 because they think it's overflow. Anyone else think this is bull

  Paid for 2nd day air and received ground service. Forced me to make trip to another state to correct problem due to late arrival. When I returned to file a claim said I was past my 15 day limit and refused to refund. Will never use UPS or UPS Store again!
