And to top it off, the attitude of the girl who told me it was just not a pleasant experience was appalling. I’ve never had a bad experience at any UPS store. till now and When I asked if it was a store rule or a manager’s rule, her response was that since they’re franchise stores, they pretty much have different rules.

This location has a very bad service and they are also wrongfully charging their customers. I will never go to this location again !!!!
