  The two employees working on Wednesday April 1st 2026 were awfully rude to my spouse in front of me (employee description since I didn’t get their names, male - large, tanned, black hair. Female - red hair) I’ve been frequenting this UPS location since moving to Texas last year, even though its 20 minutes away from home it’s in a convenient location where I could get the rest of my errands done in one go, unfortunately I will not be using this location any longer.

  Communication at the store front when the warehouse lost my package was great. That being said, a storefront error on the package value, cost me over $2000 dollars, and of course, the package never arrived. It was expressed " I could see the mistake", so the error was pointed back on me for not checking their work. I appreciate the store trying to find my package, but I won't in good faith trust UPS again. Being out 3 weeks of time on the lost package and $2000 dollars on a typing error is a bit extreme. The only compensation I got was the insurance I was Charged for. 3/31 Update- They found my $4000 package. They are refusing to give it to me unless I return the payment, which has cost me 3 times that in losses. They intend to ship it to “corporate” with no tracking and fusing to give me anymore information. Don’t test your luck. This corporate policy is a joke and runs a business on robbing people. Tried to contact the owner response below, and they basically told me tough luck.
