  Communication at the store front when the warehouse lost my package was great. That being said, a storefront error on the package value, cost me over $2000 dollars, and of course, the package never arrived. It was expressed " I could see the mistake", so the error was pointed back on me for not checking their work. I appreciate the store trying to find my package, but I won't in good faith trust UPS again. Being out 3 weeks of time on the lost package and $2000 dollars on a typing error is a bit extreme. The only compensation I got was the insurance I was Charged for.

  Every time I go in your Main associate, she is so attentive and patient and kind makes good small talk, but it’s still professional and she’s super informative to things that I didn’t even know. I had no idea that y’all do postal services there she helped me understand what things you guys do just she is absolutely amazing. Plus this location is nice because it’s really close to home. I don’t have to go 20 minutes out of my way anymore. I do wish that y’all opened up earlier, but I understand why you can’t her and I have spoke about it, but y’all are my favorite location.
