We needed help shipping a painting and stopped at the Hurst location, near the mall, because we were in that area. The guy at the counter told us that he couldn't ship that and to call around for other options. Seriously?! So, we came to our usual location and walked out with a box and estimate on shipping cost. The guy who helped us was great! Thank you!
