- CSChris SimmonsMay 30, 20251.0Primo updated and I haven't got service for a month. No customer service, had to look up call numbers online and nobody answers. They reschedule my delivery EVERY TIME. Can't even find a way to cancel my sub so I have no choice but to skip my deliveries. Someone up top should be fired. This last time they rescheduled it wasn't due to logistics as they normally say but that my product was out of stock. The water is out of stock?????? Get it together. This is happening everywhere apparently.
