But the guy who helped me was a bit of an a$, even though I remained in my most pleasant demeanor. He kept trying to rush me out the door; I assume because my task was a shipment refusal and generated no income. He had another employee helping another customer and a customer entered the waiting queue while I was finishing up. Definitely better service can be found at UPS, from my experience.
