- NWNicky WallaceMay 15, 20205.0The Nolanville post office is really a gem. The employees are always friendly and courteous. Ms Marjorie always take the time to ensure the customer feels valued. She provides information on shipping/mailing process, no matter how time consuming—she always has a smile. It is a small office but it has a might impact on it’s customers.
- AGArianne GraceJan 11, 20191.0Beware, this post office has lost two packages and two other packages were mis-delivered and brought to us by our neighbors. They cram the packages into the mail boxes so tight you can't get them out or you have to rip open the box or push onto the floor of the mail room to get them out. During this last lost package, the carrier was supposed to look for the package and call us. A week later and no phone call received we make our second trip to the office where the lady at front desk tells us the carrier can't find it and to call amazon cause they are good at refunding. How about some responsibility with the job? You would think the United States Post Office would take some sort of pride in the work that they do. Sure the packages that were lost were replaced by Amazon but that is not the point. The United States Postal Service has an important job, people trust them with important documents everyday. If it was just once or twice it would be one thing we all make mistakes and have bad days. But this is getting ridiculous.
