- QLQuantez Little3 days ago2.0I've been to the store and they tend to move at a decent pace and have nice people, but I'm pretty sure they take the phone off the hook and leave it in order to prevent people from calling. The line has been "busy" for a long while so you can't call, can't leave a message or anything else. I need a notary and refuse to waste a trip to find out if one is in. This is incredibly inconvenient, must be nice for them that they get to avoid taking calls though.

- KLKasee LealMar 19, 20262.0I go here because it's the nearest UPS store to me. This particular location has the absolute rudest employees. They speak to you like you're ignorant and incompetent. Just because they say the same lines over and over all day, doesn't mean each customer has heard them. It's very bothersome. I'm in here almost weekly and I think there has only been two pleasant encounters. The Conroe location is further away, but the atmosphere is 100x better. I just wish it wasn't so far. I'll continue going here because it's close, but a majority of the employees are downright rude and that's not ok. Also, on some days, the lines are out the door long and the clerks lollygag around, taking their sweet time. In fact, one time a clerk made the comment "Hey. I get paid by the hour. I don't care.", when another customer complained about the lines. It all goes back to my statement about the staff being rude!
