If it weren't for Mr. Miguel, I would be rating this a 1 star. There was so much confusion with getting a package I had been waiting on for over a week. I was given 2 slips in my po box, and when I tried to collect my packages I was given one. When ask about the other package. Mr. Miguel was the only one who could kindly speak to me about the matter. And explained that because it was at the dock after po. Box hours that it wasn't going to be released until the next day. When I came in today, Mr. Miguel was happy to help me even though I didn't have a slip anymore for my p o box, but remembered me from the day before and was able to help me get my package which was sitting right behind the counter, and the other woman helping at the counter was explaining that I would have to pay a postage fee and then contact ups because they didn't pay for the postage fee themselves. Yesterday, another woman who's higher up was angry that I came in right before closing, to pick up my 2 packages with my 2 slips. And then wanted to stay and figure out what was going on with my second package and made it clear that she was bothered by this. She was the most unprofessional I've ever seen in a Post Office and I believe I will be discontinuing my po. Box subscription at this post office and finding another. It's a shame thagt only one staff of an entire building can remain professional, and I hope USPS can notice him and treat him properly.

The supervisor Durinda is absolutely horrid. The apartments I live at have consistent issues with this post office. They blame the complex and the complex blames them. I called usps and Durinda answered, I explained the situation which is my mail isn't delivered due to "not having access to the mailroom." I told her every other delivery company delivers past office hours. After back and forth of her I dont care attitude she said, "tell you what you call them and call me back with the code" so I did. I got the gate code as well as 2 other options to get in the mail room. One was giving the property manager the curriers number in order to input the currier in the gate system and she just uses her phone to open any gate on property. The other solution was giving the currier a physical key fob. I called Durinda back and gave her the outdoor gate code AS WELL as both options. She said they don't use their personal phones so option one was out. No problem, there's the fob option. She proceeded to say that they had a fob previously that stopped working and were told they wouldn't be given another one. I gave her the property managers name and told her she could call and arrange something. My property manager said that they never denied access nor have been called about coming up with a resolution. Instead of the supervisor calling her currier to inform her that there was a solution and try to make it before office closing time rather than 8:17 pm (the time my tracking states), the solution was for me, a tenant, to drive it to usps myself. The absurdity and laziness is laughable. She hung up on me so I called back and asked to speak to someone else. She said her post master wasn't there and I didnt need to talk to the clerks. The clerks are more competent and I know they would have reached out to the currier like they have previously. She then hung up again. The solution is for us tenants to keep waiting for our mail and hope the route doesn't take long in order to be here before closing time. Another day without my mail but it isnt her mail so it's not a problem. No wonder that post office is always misdelivering and never taking accountability with leadership like her. She has been mentioned on these reviews by name so clearly there is a constant problem with her. Lazy, rude, incompetent, and nonchalant make for a terrible leader. Is this the best adults the area has to offer?

During my recent visit to the post office, I had an unfortunate interaction with Direnda that left me feeling unwelcome. Her attitude came across as unfriendly, and the way she spoke to customers did not feel courteous or professional. Rather than offering guidance or support, her tone made the experience uncomfortable and discouraging. Great customer service is especially important in a place where people often come in already stressed or needing assistance. A warm greeting, clear communication, and a positive attitude can make a big difference, but those elements were missing during my visit. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving the customer experience would benefit everyone who relies on this location.

Really bad service when you asked them to measure and weight your stuff they say that you're supposed to have it ready already . Then why go there for their services they're supposed to be there to help you .

When asked, please provide accurate information. I called prior to our daughters going to renew their passports and specifically asked if I needed to get a money order for the portion sent to the US Department of State and was told that I could pay in cash. Well, the post office charged for a money order. The price amount was not the problem. The problem was not accurately confirming that a money order (not cash) is required for $130 US Department of State fee.
