I was assisted by a lady named Derrinda (or Dorinda, not sure of the spelling). Although she did make the change, she was very dry and unfriendly throughout the call. At the end, she hung up on me. When I called back to confirm her name and kindly suggest that she should treat customers more respectfully, she rudely told me: “First of all, I don’t have to help you and I helped you”, among other things, and then hung up on me again without letting me explain. Her attitude was very unprofessional and left a terrible impression. On the other hand, I want to highlight the excellent service of Miguel, who is always very kind and professional. He truly makes a difference in the customer experience, and I wish more employees followed his example.
