When asked, please provide accurate information. I called prior to our daughters going to renew their passports and specifically asked if I needed to get a money order for the portion sent to the US Department of State and was told that I could pay in cash. Well, the post office charged for a money order. The price amount was not the problem. The problem was not accurately confirming that a money order (not cash) is required for $130 US Department of State fee.

If I could leave zero stars I would . Kendra is extremely rude , hateful and does not need to be working with customers . She should be cleaning up dog poop because that is exactly the kind of attitude she has. We just came into change our address and from the first moment we said one word she was very rude. This woman needs to be fired! I would not want this human being representing my business. She is giving this place a horrible rating!

Dear Federal Government Officials, Please grant sufficient funding to our post offices. There is no good reason why a small package sent to New Mexico should take 10 days! Adequate funding would support better quality control and a more efficient shipping chain. Thank you for your consideration.
