Jacob prints out the shipping label and charges me $3.00 for “1 hour of computer use”. He sat down for a minute and printed two labels. One for me and the other for another customer. I told Jacob why he charged me for a whole hour? Jacob said cause he had to use the computer. UPS management, fix this.

Both times 6-8 people inline and only one employee working. Might be worth a second person. Today I got asked to tape something up a bit more. Probably 6-8 inches of tape. Said you can't use the store tape and I would have to purchase a roll on my own. One guy inline got mad at me because I was not speedy due to the tape issue. What ever happen to customer service????
