This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered in a government setting. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. The level of service at this branch is unacceptable. A review of the Google comments makes it clear that others have had similar experiences. Waste of taxpayers money.

The Workers at this location are friendly and kind. As as we walked in we were nicely greeted by a nice lady who works there ( I am so sorry I didn't get her name ) and she asked us if we were here for passport appointment. She guided us to Michelle who helped us through the process. There were some rude individuals in the line who did not have an appointment but were behaving entitled but Michelle was kind to them despite their rudeness. Michelle made sure she sorted out our application properly and informed us on updates.Kudos to the team. God Bless You All.

This post office is awful...husband called and got fed misinformation about acquiring a passport...he took off work and went up there and they turned him away...said they were short staffed and couldn't help him. Told him he needed to make an appointment for the post office in La Vernia. No apologies, no alternative avenue...nothing...so done...

Avoid this location as much as possible. The staff was supper rude and unprofessional, about helping and guiding when it was for a passport appointment. I had an appointment scheduled and wasn’t aware that I needed one more for and they turned me away and didn’t even bother to help at all. I definitely would not go here until the staff situation gets fixed .

I’m not quite sure why the reviews reflect the way they do because they do not reflect my experience. Michelle and the lady working to her right were so helpful with our passport renewal and our kids passport applications. They were friendly and even gave both of my kids suckers to keep them content for the timely process to do three applications and photos. Everybody in there was working their tails off and moving a pretty large line relatively quickly. Just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work.
