- KLKay LeeAug 4, 20251.0just wanted to let you know what happened at your store today (8/4) because if I were the owner, I’d 100% want to know. my sister had a school emergency and needed a notary. she called your store multiple times and no one answered. she ended up driving over 30 minutes just to be told the notary left at 4:30. the male employee rolled his eyes and said “we’re busy” when we asked about it. mind you, I literally called the store AGAIN after we walked out no customers in sight and they still didn’t answer. so the “busy” excuse? flat-out lie. the girl working just stood in the back with her arms crossed, staring at us like we were a problem. no greeting, no apology, no help. just vibes and attitude. if this is how your staff handles people who walk in needing help with eye rolls, ignoring phone calls, and giving off hostile energy then honestly it reflects really badly on your business. this whole thing could’ve been avoided with a little communication or even basic decency. just wanted to give you the heads up. super disappointing.
