- BCBat ChildNov 11, 20251.0FedEx has become lazy and incompetent. I scheduled a pick for a package last Tuesday (11/4/25), and nobody came for it. Each call to FedEx takes no less than 30 minutes. Their AI phone 'agent' is horrible and impossible to get around quickly for a live agent to actually help. I called Wednesday, and nobody came for it. I called Thursday, and nobody came for it. I called Friday, and they scheduled yet another pickup for Monday at which time I called a COURIER to come pick it up, and had it delivered to New Braunfels Lifehause Location, which it was, and on time for pickup on Friday. Today, it is now a week later, the following Tuesday, and my package has still not been delivered to the IRS in Austin, some 40 miles up the road from New Braunfels. What is your problem Fed-Ex? 😡

I took the day off to accept delivery and sign for the package too. Called customer service twice and each time they said the delivery center would call me back with a delivery update. No one ever called. FedEx is the worst for customer service and communication.
