    I’ve only had pleasant experiences with a gentleman that works there. Everyone is so rude and unfriendly the manager or assistant has to be the rudest of all.

    Had to do a Canadian citizenship photo and they were super helpful, making sure all was written well on the back, the sizing was good, etc. Even when I messed it up and came back the next day, they were totally cool making it work for me again. Thanks Paul, Eva, Jules and all others who helped make it happen!

    Austin the assistant manager (as mentioned in other reviews) is the issue here. Every other employee is helpful, cheerful and ready to go. Austin's presence is overwhelmingly negative to the point where I go to another location further from my house to drop off packages. Just two examples: I waited to drop off some computer items to return to an employer and Austin was walking around like lord of the manor, ignoring customers and ordering employees around. He glanced at me several times and after 5 minutes of other employees being busy, came over to "help". His demeanor was one of irritation and why was I there. Another time I got there before Austin arrived and the place was buzzing with efficient activity and happy employees helping customers. As soon as Austin walked in, the energy of the entire store changed and you could tell the employees were bracing for something. It's not a bad location if Austin (who has to either be related to or have big dirt on the owners) is not around. If he is in store, go somewhere else. After 3 or 4 visits, I gave up even trying, which is a shame because good people do work there.
