- LSligna sardonFeb 19, 20261.0The woman working the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. We came in for passports (with all the documentation ready) with an appointment, but despite this we were treated like we were a waste of time. During the process I had to step away to take deep breaths and keep myself calm. It was such a bizarre experience and nothing compared to the positive experience we had at Greenville and Rockwall post offices. I cannot put my finger on if the woman there is racist, mean, simply hates her job, or just has no manners. We certainly will never be going back there. I will add that while onsite a customer came in to send a package and were also treated very badly by the same front desk person and got visibly upset. this goes beyond her not wanting to process passports

Unlike my experiences at other locations where staff can seem like they're doing you a favor, here the employees are always friendly and helpful. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a smile and get in and out quickly, making it a truly pleasant experience.

She said that she cannot renew on site my wife came like a week ago and the gentlemen that works with chassity helped my wife with 3 renewals on site and the lady couldn’t help me with 1 which was mine. And for other people that say you just didn’t come prepared I actually did she’s just a lazy person that don’t want to do her job.They need to look into this because this one person making this post office look real bad

He waited and took couple of pictures my son’s passport while my son cried and co-operated for pic later. He is very patient and so kind. Parking is small, google guided us to park on the road next to post office.
