- RDRenae DavisNov 29, 20231.0Just walked into the Needville post office to send back a package. The lady(Cindy) at the front was very rude and unhelpful. I explained I needed to send a package back. She said well where is my label rudely. I said mam you haven't explained my options on the best way to send out that fits my needs. She said well most of my customers come in with it ready. I am not most customers. I very rarely send stuff back USPS so I'm not sure of the nest options. She clearly didn't want to help me. I did not get to send my package back and walked out. This isn't the support Needville needs.

Just to lazy to get out and deliver my package!!! This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my life. Manager doesn't care and neither do the delivery drivers ! I have gone inside to complain more than a few times with no change! The whole location needs to be fired and put people who actually care and do the job they are paid to do!
