  The associates name was Jazmin Sanchez. I felt welcomed into the store as I was received with a welcome from her. I initially thought I was just going to be in and out with no issue but I spoke too soon and it turned out that the return instructions I was giving for my package was different. So I thought I was going to have to figure it out but Jazmin went out of her way to help me with that issue and I honestly couldn’t thank her more for it. She was really patient with me and caring. I love how the hiring team knows exactly who to hire; it just makes sense to put such associates with a heart for people. Overall thank you UPS and thank you Jazmin!

  WOW, My first time in the UPS store in Nederland and my experience was phenomenal to say the least. The star employee's were definitely on their game as I hadn't a clue about what I was going to need to do, but they were extremely helpful, friendly, as well as extremely courteous. Amazing that I dreaded going there expecting much less but this was a great experience as they got me in and taken care of and out the door within just a few minutes. WOW Sorry but I would give them 10 stars!!!

  I always experience great customer service when I visit The UPS Store. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. They make every transaction smooth and easy. I would have easily given 5 stars, but the parking is very tight and can be inconvenient at times. I do hope the store is able to move to a nearby location with more space in the future.
