My neighbors are continually dropping off my packages, or they are lost. Do these people know how to read?

This post office makes me want to drive out of town to find another post office with Kinder people serving you. Im not saying every single person at this location is bad but there's a guy that works the counter and he's always got a "chip" on his shoulder. He's never just pleasant. In fact, sometimes he is down right rude.
