Trying to get ahold of the post office is pretty hard when it's a automated 1-800 number and your wait timr is 50 minutes and they can't answer your questions because they are a freaking robot. All i have is 1 simple question and im away on a trip is why i cant come by. Not happy at all with this post office. All the rest have a phone & their own phone number to solve problems themselves!
