Absolutely terrible service. Maybe because where I live... if my mail lady has a package for me that doesn't fit in my mailbox, they bring it to my door. Here in good Ole MV, they just send it back a thousand miles away because the mail person was too lazy to get out of their vehicle I suppose. Great customer service! Thanks again MV for nothing!

Requested information on a package that was not delivered to my house. Was told it was delivered and the GPS showed it…. Still no package after checking multiple cameras that covered the exact location and time. This was not our normal driver that delivers as she is phenomenal. Felt like the postmaster that called me was trying to put the blame everywhere else. Questioned if my cameras picked up my mailbox. Questioned if i had talk to all my neighbors, etc. Said i should contact the Sheriff and try to claim it as theft to PayPal, but again, cameras do not show anyone going to my mailbox. The package was not delivered to my house. It may have been "delivered", but again, it was not to my mailbox.

Horrible last experience. Paid to get my address changed and then told I need to go into USPS to verify my identity. USPS needs to acknowledge that some people cannot drive. I paid to get my address changed and now I can’t even get what I paid back. Terrible customer service also over the phone telling me if I need a dollar so bad that he will just give me a dollar. 👎
Aside from this interaction, Stephen has been a great asset to this location in prior experiences.
